The repair is the part people worry about. The claim is the part that actually costs them time. Someone has to talk to the adjuster, document the damage the first estimate missed, and keep the file moving. That someone does not have to be you.
You choose the shop, not your insurer
Massachusetts law gives every vehicle owner the right to choose any licensed collision repair facility, regardless of which shops the insurance company prefers. Insurers may suggest their direct repair shops. You are not obligated to use them.
A preferred shop is selected for the insurer's cost efficiency. An independent shop negotiates on your behalf instead.
What we take off your hands
We contact your carrier directly and coordinate the adjuster inspection. We document hidden damage found during disassembly and file the supplement for it. We handle the paperwork through to final billing, and we coordinate the rental car for the repair period.
You sign, we do the rest. No back and forth calls required.
Carriers we work with directly
Arbella, Progressive, Liberty Mutual, Allstate, Travelers, Geico and Plymouth Rock. If your carrier is not on that list, bring the car anyway: the right to choose your shop does not depend on who insures you.
Common questions
What is a supplement, and why does it matter?
A supplement is an additional claim filed when the repair turns out to need more than the original estimate covered. It matters because hidden damage is normal, and without a supplement the difference either comes out of your pocket or comes out of the quality of the repair.
Massachusetts is a no-fault state. What does that change?
Your own Personal Injury Protection coverage pays your medical expenses up to $8,000 regardless of who caused the accident. Vehicle damage is separate and is claimed against the at fault driver's liability coverage, or your own collision coverage.
