Privacy Policy
This page explains what South Shore Prime Collision collects when you use this website, why we collect it, who else processes it, and how to ask us to delete it. It describes what this website actually does today. If we change what we collect, we update this page first.

What you give us
The estimate form on this site asks for the following. Only the description of the damage and a way to reach you are needed for us to reply.

Please do not send us medical records, financial account numbers, or a driver license number through this form. We do not need them to give you an estimate.
What we collect automatically
Attribution cookies. When you arrive from an ad or a link that
carries tracking parameters, we store those parameters in cookies on your device
named with the prefix ssp_. They record which ad, campaign or link
brought you here, both on your first visit and on your most recent one. They last
180 days and are set as first party, SameSite=Lax and
Secure. They contain no name, phone or email, and no browsing history
from other sites.
The page you landed on and the site you came from are saved together with your estimate request, so we know which page brought it in.
Server logs. Our host records the usual request data: IP address, browser user agent and the time of the request. This happens for every website and we use it only for security and troubleshooting.
Why we use it
- To answer your estimate request and to write the estimate itself.
- To coordinate the repair, your insurance claim, and rental car arrangements.
- To understand which ads and pages bring in real customers, so we know where to spend. This uses the attribution data, not the contents of your message.
- To keep the site working and secure.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who else processes it
Running a website means other companies handle some of the data. These are the ones involved and what each one sees.

Our Google reviews are different. The reviews shown on this site are read by our own server from our public Google Business Profile and then displayed to you. Google does not receive anything about you through that.
Our Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp buttons are ordinary links. Nothing is sent to those companies unless you click one. Once you do, their own privacy policies apply, not this one.
Advertising and tracking pixels
This site currently runs no advertising pixel. There is no Meta Pixel, no Google Ads conversion tag, and we do not upload your email or phone number to any advertising platform, hashed or otherwise.
If that changes, we will update this page and add a consent banner before turning anything on, not after.
How long we keep it
We keep your request and the records of your repair for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our accounting and legal obligations in Massachusetts. After that we delete them or strip them of anything that identifies you. Attribution cookies expire on their own after 180 days.
You can ask us to delete your information sooner. See below.
Photos of your vehicle
We may photograph your vehicle as part of documenting the damage and the repair. Those photos are part of your repair record. We do not publish a photo of your vehicle on this website or on social media without asking you first, in writing, for that specific photo. Agreeing to a repair is not agreeing to publication.
Your choices
- See what we have. Ask us and we will tell you what is in your record.
- Correct it. Tell us what is wrong and we will fix it.
- Delete it. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we are required to keep a repair or accounting record.
- Stop hearing from us. Tell us and we stop, by phone, email or text.
- Refuse the cookies. Your browser can block or delete cookies for this site. The estimate form still works without them. We simply lose track of which ad brought you.
To make any of these requests, write to contact@ssprimecollision.com or call (617) 233-2838. We answer as quickly as we can. If you are asking us to delete or hand over a record, we may need to confirm you are the person the record belongs to before we act.
Children
This site is for people arranging vehicle repairs and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child sent us something, write to us and we will delete it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and the estimate form submits to our own server, which writes to the database with credentials that never reach your browser. No website can promise perfect security, but we do not keep information we do not need, and we do not ask for payment details on this site.
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect or who processes it, we update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes get a notice on the home page as well.
